To maintain the Cambridge Jets email list we are going to use MailChimp. You will need to fill out the form below to be included in the email list.
This is not the registration form, this form is ONLY FOR EMAIL LIST.
If you want more than one parent to receive Jets emails then you must fill out the form for each person that you want to receive Jets email.
Please include the first, last names and date of birth of your children that will be registered with the Jets, so we can keep track of which emails go with which athletes. Also if you want to include more than one email address (work and personal), you will have to fill out the form twice.

You can unsubscribe at any time that you no longer want to receive Jets emails. There will be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email that is sent out.
